It was a tough encounter but we hung tight, despite getting smashed on the boards, and got home with the W. Nash came back after many thought he was gone and came up big in the last few minutes. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"It's not 100 percent, but right now the plan is to only play if it's not getting worse and see if we can get it back to 100 percent on the fly,'' Nash said of his injury. ``Tomorrow, we'll have to re-evaluate and see if it's OK"</div> Hamstring's are nasty injuries that have a tendency to reoccur, so I really hope we aren't risking him now for a few extra wins when it is nearing close to playoff time when we will need him most
The Pistons came into the west and came out of it with a back to back set of losses against the Suns and Sonics. Gotta be confidence boosting for Phoenix, but they won't get carried away as they suffered a double digits margin loss in Motown earlier in the season. Still, any win over the defending champs is a good win.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Supersonic:</div><div class="quote_post"> Gotta be confidence boosting for Phoenix, but they won't get carried away as they suffered a double digits margin loss in Motown earlier in the season. </div> One look at the rebounding stats for the game says we have nothing to be carried away over Perhaps they used up too much juice on the boards against us, because you guys towelled them up majorly in that department
