"I think Kobe would welcome back Phil," Buss told the Los Angeles Daily News on Friday. "Kobe's main desire is to win a championship, to play basketball and win. And he knows his chances with Phil are increased substantially." Writing in his book "The Last Season", Jackson painted Bryant as a selfish soul who took liberties to an extreme and caused dissention in the dressing room. Jackson wrote that he tried unsuccessfully a number of times have Bryant traded and that the deteriorating relationship between superstars Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal was more than a philosophical clash with O'Neal at one point barking: "I'd like to pound the chump".</div> Source

I'm sure he will take a hard look at both New York and Los Angeles and then make a decision. Imagine if PJax married Jeannie Buss, and she got the majority ownership after Dr. Buss passes away. Conceivably PJax could be the next Laker owner.
That would be good..he knows EXACTLY what we need for a championship..I imagine he would also replace Kupcake as our GM...C'mon Phil
Wouldn't it be quite the surprise if PJ was given the title of GM and went through with his former wishes to trade Kobe? I want Jackson back, but I want Kupcake out more.
