With Jim Jackson in the starting lineup for Q, we once again hammered the hapless Blazers 129-116. They were able to get closer due to junk time scoring (the entire last quarter!) when Amare, Marion and Nash sat out. Nash saw only 24 minutes, which is a blessing with his injury, and Amare and Marion played 28 and 29 mins respectively. With a tough game tomorrow in Seattle, was a nice chance to get some much needed rest.
you beat the Blazers without their best player (Randolph) and after they have given up on the season.. are you proud?

All that matters to me was we got the win and our key guys were able to be rested in preperation for tomorrow's much tougher game
Someone's feisty. As stated, Phoenix have a big game against my mob tomorrow, so getting a chance to rest Nash is big. I'm told Q will suit up tomorrow too. Could be a big game, will decide the season series and maybe even the order of the top three playoff seeds.
Any time they can rest Nash, Marion, and Stat is big. Other times this year, they've played against scrub teams and thought they got big leads, the bench would give them up, and Nash and Amare would have to come back in to finish the game in order to get the W. I like how the GMs, Brian C. in particular, have brought in not only the star pieces, but the solid bench players that let the starters get some rest against worse teams. Jim Jackson, Leandro Barbosa, Steven Hunter and Walter McCarty are gonna be real big come playoff time.

the Suns are just a regular season team, ala Steve Nash Mavs, they wont do anything in the playoffs, so who cares? LOL
