Paolucci thought the injury wasn't serious, but as a precautionary measure Wallace is scheduled to meet with a specialist today, according to team officials. Wallace hurt his foot during the trip. Coach Larry Brown sat him in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 100-85 loss to Sacramento. Wallace had grabbed 14 rebounds in 30 minutes, but Brown said "I didn't like the way he was running, so I didn't want to put him back in there."</div> Source
This could be a huge blow to the Pistons. Once big men have foot problems, they usually never go away. Hopefully it is nothing to serious, or Detroit could be in trouble.
Ouch.... What's gonna happen to the Super Wallace Bros? Detroit is getting smaller and smaller.... They might be the smallest team in the league! It is true that once big men get foot problems, they linger for a awhile. Take Shaq's toe problem. Anyway, this is gonna hurt Detroit. Hope Ben Wally comes back soon!
