    if former NBA guard Sam Vincent replaces Jim Paxson as Cavs general manager after the season. Vincent won a ring with Boston in 1986 and has coached pro teams in Europe, Africa and the NBDL. He's also a close associate of new Cavs owner Dan Gilbert.

    If the Cavs collapse, you can see Silas be gone as the head coach which would be very unfortunate.
