Guggs & Yogi Welcome Fresh Start

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Tom Gugliotta and Michael Stewart are experts on the Celtics. They should be. They've watched more Celtics games than most fans this season.

The pair of veteran big men played in a combined 20 out of a possible 55 games for Boston before being shipped out, along with Gary Payton and a first-round pick, in the deal that brought Antoine Walker back to Boston. Gugliotta, who spent five games on the injured list with a bad back, is the sole owner of all of that playing time. Stewart spent 55 games on the injured list for the Celtics with knee tendinitis, but had a speedy recovery when he reported to the Hawks.</div> Source

Tom Gugliotta has been playing pretty good since he came to the Hawks. He is a good veteran player for them to come off the bench.

He's your typical journeyman NBA player, and I doubt Atlanta is his last stop either.

Yogi Stewart is a pretty decent defender, but has never been able to stay healthy. I doubt the Hawks retain him in the off-season either, even though they are desperate for players at the 5 spot.
