Why we haven't been playing with our Retro Jerseys ?

I really don't know whats happend to the Retro Jerseys 95-96, it's a great idea by the NBA Administration to play sometimes with the Retro Jerseys, but i have no idea why Toronto Raptors haven't been playing since the season started with the Retro Jerseys...
Our Retro are very nice and i like them and i think the fans will be happy to see one look to our short history 95-96, and see Bosh and the others with the old jerseys in ACC.

 

If you're talking about our Huskies throwback, which we've worn in the 1997 Season Opener, then I'm all for it. But if you're refering to our ugly-ass, dinousosours jersey, I don't think it's a good idea. Those jerseys SUCKED big time.

honestly i think we should cuz its like our 10th anniversary just for one bloody game! lol. the last one perhaps against 'Bron??

 

I think that the Raps need to change their look. Since that there are going to be changes, you might as well change the jersey, logo, or even the colours. It'll be like a brand new beginnning. If that happens, maybe in a few years, the Raptors will be wearing toady's jersey's as retros.

 

No, no team except for maybe the Bucks needs a new jersey or a jersey change, Memphis got an unnecessary change, and I personally think these jerseys are suiting us well right now. A constnat change around the league is stubpid and puts mroe focus on fashion, rather tahn the game.

As for the jerseys, I don't think we should wear them except for maybe one game seasonb ecause of the 10th anniversary, but its only been 10 years, I know Dalls is wearing their's and other teams eventaully will be ewaring all of their's, but there is really, no purpose in it. Maybe in another 5 years, but it's hardly retro, more just like outdated.

As for the Huskies throwback, I am all in favour for that one,(but could I get a pic?).

 

^^Maybe you're right. Im just getting tired of the Raptors logo, but the jerseys do fit them perfectly right now.

I have never seen the Huskies jersey, so if anyone has a picture of it, please post it!

That was 1947.
First game ever in the NBA was played here between the Toronto Huskies and New York Knicks. Our Huskies only lasted one year though.

Personally, I love our retro jerseys. There's so much activity going on in those unis.

 

can anyone find a picture of one of those huskies jerseys those were awesome a lot of history there wish the team would make them one of the official team jerseys along with the all red jerseys

if we could find a HUSKIES jersey then go for it but not the dinos jersey...that's ugly no matter how you looked at it...it was almost as worse as the old houston jersies...uh

They are :| and trust me the old houston jersey's were horrible things
