48.7%, and he's averaging 31.6 ppg to go along with it, and about 11-12 FT attempts per game, the offense has definately been clicking for him. Don't know what your point is though [in the calling out] because it's not like they were making a baseless argument because like you said yourself, his FG% was bad before.

Hmm... maybe because his percentage has made a significant jump since coming back. I wonder what the think of it NOW was my "Point".

Oh and a side note, thank the spurs for $h!%^^ing the bed against Denver tonight, down by 1 with 24 seconds left and they threw the ball away....SMH

It's still amazing to me how he could shoot a ball like that flat-footed and out of rhythm.

His overall 4th quarter performance was amazing. Prior to the 4th, he was trying to get to the basket with limited success. Then he just decided to go bombs away in the 4th from the perimeter and caught fire.

The only thing I hope is that next game, Kobe goes back to attacking the rim like he has the past few games. Tonite was just one of those nights where his jumper was locked in, but I woudn't want him taking those kind of shots regularly.

great game. I was up on my feet the final 2 minutes. What is up with the Lakers allowing 116 points to the bobcats!? And i coulda sworn Kobe had a block on Emeka, who keeps track of these stats in the game?

Yea, kobe BLOCKED Oak50's shot out of bounds, even the bobrats announcers talked about how kobe's defense was and about how MJ rounded out his game by becoming a great defender during the replays.

i agree but as long as Kobe can be a leader LA most likely has this 8th spot for the playoffs

How are we the luckiest people on earth? So what if they lost to the Bobcats...the Rockets lost to them not once, but twice.

chucky atkins cannot play defense at all, tierre brown cannot play basketball at all, us lakers fans shouldn't be that happy if we need a buzzer beater just to beat the Charlotte Bobcats.....some nights , atkins and kobe gets on fire and caron ,lamar doesn't or it's the other way around, kobe or the hamblen gona get all of them working together well...cause that 8th spot is reallly gona be a battle. Gud thing Denver lost tonight though
