<div class="quote_poster">Quoting og15:</div><div class="quote_post">^What happened in that game, I watched the first half, and into the second half and watched Chucky got ejected, but Kobe started off good, and then well didn't do much after, and Iverson really did his thing.

I don't think the Lakers can win, people are mentioning the last game, but the Lakers were also home last game, and still lose though in a close one, and the Heat are even better now than they were then. The Heat are on a huge streak, and the Lakers are losers of 2 in a row, and the Heat don't lose at home too often either.

Wow, if you're saying that's what is needed for you guys to win, I think that's a little too much, as good as a defender someone is, to keep Wade under 10 points, he'll either have to be injured, get in foul trouble, or decide to take 27 foot three pointers all game.

The last game I remember him scoring little was against the Nets, he had 13 points in 26 minutes, the Heat won in a 25 point blowout, but Wade hasn't had less than 10 points this year except for a game vs the Wizards where he got injured. He had 0 points in 18 minutes, he was 0-4.

I don't think it needs to be that extreme for the Lakers to win, but they'd need a lot of things to go right, likely big games from Kobe and Odom, hold Shaq and Wade to just decent numbers, about 18-20 points each. Good defense all-around by the Lakers, good games from either Chucky or Butler, and getting a hand in the face of the Heat's shooters, or shooter, Damon Jones.</div>

figured 10 was low of wade, but in all seriousness tho, lakers shud just control wade, and let shaq go for w/e.

as we all know, 1 player cant do it alone.

Most teams go into games against the Heat saying "lets contend Wade" but they rarely do. When he is isn't shooting well he is attacking the rim and going to the line. Stopping the Heat is more about stopping their role players than It is their two stars. Guarding Damon and Eddie is far more important.

i think this match is giong to be closer than people think with kobe trying extra hard to prove that he can lead the team, but at the end wade is giong to steal the show.112-103 to miami.

the lakers can win, although it is improbable. if kobe has another one of his great games, as he usually does when it counts, maybe they will win. but knowing miami, it will take a little more than a career game for kobe for them to win. add to it the fact that shaq also wants to play well.

jo i?m the same opinion.Kobe gonna try twice as hard to show that he can lead his team.If i?m not mistaken the first game was really close and and Miami won in OT!!

The Lakers will win Mark My Words.

Kobe will be phenominal in the passing category. lamar and caron will be doing their things and we will win.

Look for Lamar to have a huge game. Same goes for Caron. If Chucky can play organized ball we will win.

    Let's Go Lakers!!

I want the Lakers to win this game, but I just don't see the Lakers having the personel to get it done on the road. Chris Mihm is a stiff away from Staples Center, Butler has been terrible since the trade talks in mid-February, Chucky Atkins has finally snapped, the bench plays no defense, and the two best players Kobe, Odom have a hard time playing well together.

The Lakers have been a roller coaster ride all season long. They started off the road trip with a big win in Dallas, (the peak of the ride), then quickly went down hill, but managed a last minute shot to beat the Bobcats, then they nose dived against the Wizards and 76ers. I'm not sure if they are ready to rise back up the roller coaster and play a close game or possibly win against the Heat.

I just hope the Lakers make it competitive and Kobe gives them a chance at winning the game. The way these two teams have been playing, I predict the Heat winning by at least 10 points and leading for the majority of the game. I hope my prediction is wrong though.

This game is going to be a thriller. The Lakers have been saving up themselves these last 2 games for this very game. Kobe hits the game winning shot along with a dunk over Shaq. Expect a surprise!

Why would the Lakers save themselves for this game? You would think with the standings so close for that last playoff spot in the west they would want to win every game. If they were in fact doing that, then that would be pretty sad. Losing 2 games so they can win 1 does not make sense.

I would not be surprised if Kobe goes off for 50 in this game, I just don't think he will get any help...as usual. Lamar will give him 15, but that isn't enough...especially against a streaking Heat team that is playing top tier basketball.

Lakers are terrible tonight with their shot selection. They are playing right into the Heat's game plan.
