Big win for the Timberwolves tonight against the Rockets at Target Center. They needed this one or odds are their season was over. They are in a huge hole as it is as they are two games out for the last playoff spot in the Western Conference.

KG was fantastic tonight. He was a man on a mission again as he has since March. He got everyone involved. He played great defense as he got his usual rebounds. He was taking it in the hole instead of being a jump-shooter. He was the player of the game. He had that kick-butt attitude tonight.

It was good to see Sam and Troy play well tonight. Latrell was good. The supporting cast was fantastic. Trenton Hassell did a great job shutting down McGrady after the game McGrady had against the Wolves in their last meeting.

As great as the Wolves played, Rockets was awful as they were out of sync all night long.

Every win is huge. Their margin of error is small.

I really don't see why we couldn't play like this every night. We look all right tonight. Almost like last year.

I don't know if it was just me, but it seemed like Garnett was being like really cocky tonight. It was kind of funny. Like he would score and just trot down the court like he was the greatest. He would score on Mutumbo and laugh. He was just playing like, "Yeah, I'm the greatest, you know it." He just didn't seem like his usual intense no nonsense self. Maybe it helps. Oh, and, he is the greatest, he can be as damn cocky as he wants [IMG]

    Great win!

Garnett perhaps needs to 'vent' his cockyness as it were. He is hardly ever cocky, he is extremely mature on court. Perhaps this was just the night he let go and made sure everyone acknowleged that he is one of the greatest players in the league today.

Garnett is one of the least coky athletes I've ever seen. I really an't see why you would say that.

It just seemed like it tonight. I agree, he is the most talented and the least cocky ; which is awesome. But tonight he just let it go.

    I enjoyed it.

I know KG always like to tell Dirk Nowitzki that he is better than him all the time when the Wolves play the Mavericks. KG gets fired up playing with Dirk.

LOL! remember when KG brings the ball up-court, with Yao on him, he would let the ball drop to the floor and let it bounce around, like saying "U want the ball? come get it" it was really weird [IMG]
