I think he will return for one more year at MD. Right now, I don't see him as a top 10 pick, one more year could def. do that for him.
"Doing what's best for my family.." Usually that translates into "show me the money." Even if Gilchrist returns, I don't think he would be a top 10 player. I really like Gilchrist, and I think he will be a better pro than college player. He's a beast and he has no fear of using his big frame to get to the rack. Unfortunately, he's going to have to shed the Stephon Marbury comparisons. Scouts are claiming he's uncoachable and is a scorer trapped in a PG's body. That's going to scare teams from ever taking him as a top 10 player.
He reminds me of Gilbert Arenas, if he can shed his attitude, he can be a very good player in the league.
