<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Houston Rockets All-Star Tracy McGrady has topped the 40-point mark four times this season. Nineteen times he's scored at least 30.

Tonight, when he comes to New Orleans Arena for the final time this season, Hornets forward Lee Nailon isn't sure if he can hold McGrady under his 25.4 scoring average. But he plans to try.

"I want to minimize his touches and contest every shot he takes," Nailon said.

That's about all Coach Byron Scott can expect, because not many players, if any, have been successful defending McGrady this season.

"If you play him man-on-man, he's still going to score," Scott said. "I don't think you can stop him -- he's that gifted."

McGrady has made game-deciding shots, excelled against double teams and been able to drive to the basket for dunks when the lane is crowded with defenders.

A 6-foot-8 guard, he often handles the ball on the perimeter before hitting pull-up jumpers.

"He's an All-Star, one of the top scoring leaders in the league," Nailon said. "It's always a challenge to go up against a great player, but my thing is just to make it tough for him."

McGrady isn't the only player Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy expects to get scoring from tonight. Yao Ming, Houston's 7-foot-6 center who is averaging 18.3 points, likely will get his share of shots in the post.

The Rockets also have former Hornets guard David Wesley, who will be playing at New Orleans Arena for the second time since being traded in December. Wesley has scored in double figures in six of the past seven games. </div> Source

Actually - Yao Ming stopped McGrady.

How, you wonder? An accidental collision with Yao left McGrady with a strained hip after only playing 3 minutes.

Or, maybe McGrady was faking and he was so scared of Lee Nailon he didn't want to get shown up! [IMG]
