has been cancelled according to Mcnabb, they are on great terms. He says he is not upset with TO at all those things dont matter. I must say, i believe him. He really doesnt care, that is why teh super loss happened and it does not bother him. He simply does not care. All the losses dont affect him the next season, cuz he doesnt care. It allows him to be consistent, but then does not give him drive to be champion.
well, i guess not caring will take you somehow. atleast if ya lose he knows enoguh not to live on that loss for forever.

McNabb is the leader of the team, and a leader never shows that losses or other distraction affect him. You are the one person who can take a positive and somehow look at it in a negative limelight. If McNabb shows that Owens affects him, then Owens win...Same is true is he showed the Rush Limbaugh affected him. Being a champions has nothing to do with it. I am tired of this constant blaming McNabb for the losses. For Christ sakes, without him they wouldn't even be close to the team that they are. The guy is an amazing player, and even a better person. You think it's a coincidence that McNabb as a fulltime starter never won less then 11 in a season in his whole career (5 years), to me thats damn impressive. Also considering that when they were 5-11 in Reid's first year (1999) their defense was just as good as the 2000 version. McNabb was the difference.
McNabb is a great QB and leader, aslong as Philly has him they will always have a shot at the playoffs and beyond.
In all the years I've hated Randy Moss and called HIM a cancer, I had no idea that anyone could be worse. I stand corrected. T.O. is about 200 times worse than Randy Moss.
Actually, I have some good news after waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery me eagles tinted glasses are here so I can see things the same way you do. Well looking at it now, I see how great Mcnabb is, and how I am totally wrong. I guess all it takes is seeing things as an eagles fan to know eagles fans are rignt.
Who would you rather have on your team, BF1? McNabb or T.O.? I say if the Bears have McNabb, they win 12 games this year. If they have T.O., they win 9 games this year. What do you have against McNabb?
I got nothing against Mcnabb. I just think his personality and attitude are condusive to winnin 12 games every year and not winning a championship ever.
Let see...You say how McNabb is this and that, and then talk about how great Manning is. When in Fact, McNabb has won more playoff games then Manning, and has been to the Super Bowl. You know what. I would take a QB like Mcnabb that wins 12 games a year in his career. You can have your Brad Johnsons, and Trent Dilfer's and their Super Bowl wins. Or maybe next you will say that Rex Grossman is better then McNabb. The truth is, you are jelous. You wish you had a guy like him on your team.

It is funny, when i compare mannings numbers to mcnabb you say it is all the offensive talent around him that makes him successful, but then when they lose you heap on the blame on him. When you say mcnabbs numbers are worse cuz he had less talent, but when they win it is all him, however, when they lost the super bowl, it wasnt his fault. Yes, I am the one with the bias.
As far as McNabb not caring, I'd watch out as Apathy can be dangeous. What I'd like to know is when did McNabb get a job selling Air conditioners? There is so much spin in whatever he says regarding TO that eventually he WILL contradict himself and end up looking stupid. The funny thing about all this is the all you iggle fans buy whatever the team is saying & accept as gospel truth. I'm glad that I'm not a Philly fan as there is no way I'd could live w/o thinking for myself when it comes to football.

I personally like the attitude of McNabb and the Eagles. Move on, if he doesn't show then oh well. The team is still damn good, with or without TO. You let TO get a new contract, then there's gonna be 30 more guys knocking at the door tomorow. As for the McNabb debate, I'm not going to say he's better than Manning, but they are two totally different styled QB's. Manning makes his adjustments at the line of scrimmage, while McNabb makes plays after the snap. I just happen to think the way McNabb plays is a great way to get a team's momentum up. Just look at this years Dallas game. You can't say that scramble wasn't impressive, especially the 60-yard bomb to top it all off. Don't get me wrong, Manning is impressive, but it's tough to compare the two.

If so, it was even more impressive, if you give him enough time to get open is almost a miracle. The fact that mithcell got 22 catches almost makes Mcnabb eligible for sainthood
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BrianWestbrook)</div><div class='quotemain'>Weren't we talking about McNabb, not Freddie Mitchell? Good response, glad you kept to the subject</div> LOL. I finally say something nice about Mcnabb(he made a good throw) and what do I get. Keep on subject!!!
