You forgot to mention Damien Wilkins, who had 21 against the Blazers as a replacement for Lewis. I don't see Radmanovic's absence being as big a factor as you say, as he was in a slump prior to missing, and this Sonics team is ridiculously deep. Collison, Fortson and Daniels are part of the usual bench rotation, and then you have Flip, Potapenko and Wilkins who have played sparingly this season, but have still delivered when called upon.

I thought it was a game time decision I didn't know whether he was out for sure. Considering the Knicks don't do a good job of defending big men who can shoot from the perimeter and Radmanovic killed them last time, I think it's a bigger factor...just for them.

It should be an interesting game, we'll have to see what happens.

Knicks 2-14 in their last 16 on the road. Gotta buck a horrible trend to win this one.

But the Knicks have been playing much better after the trade deadline. Now with more to fight for and their season being on the line, they can really come out hard and might even steal it.

Great play thus far leading up to the half! Scoring off of turnovers, getting to the line, drawing back to hit shots. Everything appears to be clicking right now. Ariza and Rose are really getting it done off the bench. Looking great so far.

Knicks 42[IMG] ) and Ariza. They have been playing well overall and if they can preserve this lead and play controlled basketball, I think we?ll win it 95-90. That all depends on effort and will the Knicks continue it.

Great play by the Thomas'!!

Tim Thomas hit the 3 off the inbound feed from Ariza and Thomas had a great block on Rashard Lewis. Man I know I wanted to tank, but I really want the Knicks to win this game for some reason.

Aren't you up past your bedtime?

That was a sweet block by Kurt Thomas! Knicks can't buy a basket yet in OT though.

Ugh. Seattle has scored 7 points so far in overtime, we can't stop 'em. Cold shhoting, 0-5. Ah well, we gave Seattle a run for their money.

I think it might be a wrap right here [IMG]
Seems as if the Knicks just stopped playing and were simply satisfied of just getting into OT.

Yeah it kinda seemed like that. I mean, they tried, but I think maybe tried harder in regulation (first 4 quarters). It was a little like, "well, should we hit the three or maybe give it back to Marbury....hmmmm...its not working, Marbury cant get in the lane, hmmm... here take the ball....ok thats not good give me it back...ok Im gonna have to do something now because the shot clock is winding down..."
The 1st couple of plays during the OT it kinda seemed like that. KT had an off game, but KT has those sometimes, and you cant blame him. It has happened to him before.

Marbury played well, didnt chuck up that many jumpers. Was good from the chairty strike, so yeah...

JCraw has to start playing better offensively. I dont know why he doesnt drive more. He has the handle, good enough quickness, and is very good off the dribble.

Malik played a very good game, just lost his temper at the end, but its not like it mattered at that point anyway. But you know he was trying hard, but at that point, he had lost it.

Sweetz was a monster again, grabbing plenty of boards and pretty decent offensive game. Bench played well also.

So basically, we tried hard, but the Sonics were just too good and Allen is falt out an amazing scorer. We couldve executed better at times, but I dont think a rant is neccesary. In all, Im alrite with this loss. Our overall effort was good, and at least competed with a very good team. Wouldve been awesome if we won though, wouldve made the playoffs more realistic. And gave us a huge confidence booster. But, :[IMG]:, what can ya do...? [IMG]

*sigh* too bad. We were definitely competitive until OT. Then we just stopped shooting, couldn;t play defense....we just couldn't play. Something encouraging is that we competed, until the end, with a top seed in the west on the road. If we keep up tis play we have a good shot to win the next 3 road games, which would definitly be good/bad depending on which view you take (playoffs or draft). Next up - @ Portland Tonight at 10
