UNC has led for most of this game. They went into the half tied 44-44. I'm impressed with how easy UNC is scoring, they shot almost 60% from the field. Wisconsin is playing with a lot of heart though, everytime they go down, they come right back. The best matchup has ben May and Wilkenson. This might be another OT game. McCants has been struggling the last 2 games, he's forcing a lot of his shots. He's been able to overpower Tucker, but he's settling, too much for the 3pt shot.

Even though it helps my bracket with UNC winning, I was rooting for them to lose. But credit is due to the Tarheels performance today. The composure of May and Felton was amazing, and McCants dug deep to hit some clutch baskets at the end. I think Wisconsin panicked at the end and shot too, many desperation 3's. Tough for a team who plays with patience and ball movement to switch gears and have to run their offense faster against the clock. Solid win by the Tarheels, and it will prepare them for the winner of the Michigan St. / Kentucky game.

The finish was a little easier for me to handle after the past few games nearly giving me heart attacks. [IMG] I had to root for NC for my bracket but Alando Tucker graduated from my High School a year ahead of me and it's hard to root against him. I never knew the guy personally but the whole town is pulling for him.

May was a beast inside today, he could not be stopped in the post. He also provided so much elsewhere in terms of rebounding and passing. More reason for me to expect them to win It all.

MAy went wild, and like I said, Wilkinson isn't strong enough to handle him. I was shouting for Felton to give him the ball everytime down court. He finished with 29 points and 12 boards. Jawad like usual now totally sucked only scoring six points, and shying away from the ball. But I feel sorry for Alando Tucker he put his heart out there and did whatever was needed.

Wisconsin was clearly no match for UNC.

Glad to see UNC in the Final Four. I need them to beat Illinois in the championship game for my pool and the fact I am not a huge Illinois fan being that they are in the Big 10 conference with the Gophers.

Wisconsin had a great season. Bo Ryan, his staff, and his players did a great job.

I wouldn't say Wisconsin was "no match for UNC." They hung with UNC all game long but came up a little bit short.

The conference of this tournament is the Big Ten. Three teams in the Elite 8, two in the Final 4. The other story is how overrated the ACC has been all year. The media has been cramming them down the public's throat, as if they were the only conference in America. I still believe they're a great conference, and if the tournament were played again, there might be a lot more of them still dancing. But they're clearly not on a different level than the rest of the country, as we were led to believe.

That said, UNC could conceivably complete a Big Ten tour of duty and negate a lot of what they accomplished. Imagine this: UNC defeats Wisconsin in the Elite 8, UNC defeats Michigan State in the Final 4, UNC defeats Illinois in the championship game. That would be a nightmare for me.

What the hell are you talking about? It was a tied game with a few minutes left. Wisconsin could have very easily won this one, and had they not gotten sloppy with desperation for the entire end of the game, North Carolina would have never won by six. If they played again, I might just take Wisconsin.

Did you watch the game? It was 81-78 with one minute to go and Wisconsin tried to get too agressive and comitted a stupid foul in which sent Felton to the line. If the Wisconsin player wouldn't had done that, they could've had just as good as chance to win the game as UNC did.

I would hate to have seen how good this team would've been with Devin Harris.

Is yall niggas crazy? Its no way UNC loses this game. McCants is sexy as hell so Im sure hes gon get him some dick before tha big game, which will boost his confidence cuz a nice dick in tha bootay always does me a pleasure(ask WizzleFizzleBizzle of YM-ENT). Felton I love because tha name reminds me of that ole sexy ass Kubuli Stud, Faison.

I made a mistake saying about Wisconsin being a mismatch for UNC. I did not know that t was a close game till I read the recap in the paper and online today. I did not watch that game. In fact, I did not even watch any of the weekend games since I was away. This was a bad job on my part and I deserve to be criticized for my statement. I apologize for saying that.
