But in terms of actual impact on wins and losses, it sometimes is overrated, too.

The Raptors' chemistry class has resulted in a few broken test tubes. The latest ingredient came courtesy of veteran swingman Jalen Rose, whose verbal attack on unspecified teammates after a bad loss to the Magic on Wednesday lit on fire the walls of the visitors' locker room at the TD Waterhouse Centre in Orlando.</div>

Damn, you beat me to it. I think that Rafer may be the problem in the raptors chemistry theres this article blaming him and and theres another one about Mo-Pete and him getting into it at halftime against the Sonics, and Sam Mitchell and Rafer got into it too at halftime against the cavaliers.

I agree..Raefer is not a PG the Raps need. He takes wayyyyyyy too many shots for a PG and needs to leave the playground mentality in the playground. He's a good backup PG at best. Hopefully when Alvin comes back next season Raefer will be on the bench as a reserve.

I was expecting good things when they signed him in the offseason, but not this. [IMG]

I wouldn't knock rafer off the block, yes it's true that he's a bad thing for chemistry but (IMO, people seem to disagree) he's a good player, if in the offseason mitchell manages to talk some sense into him rgarding his shot selection, and maybe even some anger management classes could help...lol...but I'd wait and see what he does over the offseason as to what he does regarding his attitude and play, there's still hope.

Rafer is a great player, but not for the current Raptors team..people tend to judge him too negatively because they want to blame our record on him since he's the easiest one to blame it on.

I know the raps locker room blow ups have been well documented, but i actually think chemistry is okay, for a team thats 13 games below 500. Its not perfect but i think both Babcock and Mitchell are on their way to instilling the right atmosphere in the dressing room.

I don't think out chemistry is okay, the young guys are fine, but their's something between Rafer, Mo, and Jalen. Also, it is true that Rafer just isn't the best fit for our team, he's a good PG, but we need a more pass first PG.

Are you guys saying Rafer-Mo-Rose have a problem with eachother, or are you just saying they invidually don't fit well with the team chemistry? I can see the Rafer and Jalen Rose inviduality in the team, but I don't really see any in Mo because when he attacks he always flips it up, and it's always been like that, and when he gets the behind the arch, he shootsm, like always. Plus Mo gives 100% on D, unlike Rose and Rafer.

^Personally Im confused as to why people are throwing Mo into this...he's such a mild-tempered guy and he's always the nicest one on the team.
