The Lakers biggest decision for the future of the franchise is who will be the next coach. We need leadership and a game plan in place before the draft. Phil is not an option, he is not coming back to this team, Larry Brown would be a short term at best. Who can get the job done for the next five years and bring this team back to the finals?(assuming JBuss has not completely lost his mind and will give the new leader some talent to work with) I can't come up with a single name that would fit the bill and it worries me.
How about Jeff Bzdelik? He can be in LA for the long term and I think he wouldn't mind coaching Bryant and vice versa with Kobe.
