<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"They're fine. It's a team issue, we dealt with them and that's all I'm going to say about it," said Mitchell when asked about the divisive issues.

He added that when things are going badly, as they are for the 30-42 Raptors, frustration builds up.

"You want people to be frustrated when they don't win. I don't want them downstairs having a party, celebrating. But, there's a manner in which you have to handle frustration. Look, we're trying to build something. ... We didn't say it was going to be easy," Mitchell added</div>

All I'm going to say is, Raps better be at least 34-48 when the season is done.

I don't care about our record by the end of the season...As long as it's equal to or lower than the Knicks, and as long as Pape plays big minutes in the final games

    <font size="1">*big minutes = 15+</font>

The one thing I'm wondering is: Why the hell is Babcock still in Toronto and not scouting players??? We don't need him to go over issues that are at a moot point. Get out there and scout talent damnit!!

The exact same question I raised yesterday when I was watching the Ill/Lou game.

It's the Final Four, he's supposed to be in St.Louis scouting like every other GM, not only send your scouts.

I think Babcock got tired of scouting for all those years for Minnesota and wherever he's been (Atlanta?)

well at least we know he made it to the McDonald's All-American game..... but if the nba decides to do the 20 year age limit thing this draft, then that doesn't really matter.

It doesn't really matter this year. Aren't too many HS prospects to take a risk on.

    I have had it!

This is the fifth time in six coaches that the raptors have hired a rookie with no track record. What are they trying to do? They are a $1 billion organization and they try to save a buck or two on a GM and a coach? What if they spent the $10 Million they gave to Alonzo not to play on a more reputable GM and coach. Dennis Scott, Doc Rivers were available to coach. The devil himself(VC) had asked for Dr J to be hired over the summer, which meant he had no intention of leaving Toronto. VC would still be here, and Alston would be making minimum wage backing up Wade.

Check this line up out: GM: Dr J, Coach: Doc Rivers, Starting 5: VC, Bosh, Marshall, Mo-Pete, and guess what........ Steve Nash!
Impossible WAS nothing.... not anymore [IMG]

We got Ripped! We gave a top 5 player for what looks like a No 16 pick (philly's) and a No 20+ pick (Denver) and a guy with one kidney (alonzo) and a guy with one eye (E. William) and a guy with one leg (A. William)! Way to go.. We are back at 1995.
