<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">AI is a fascinating player. He is playing his first season at his current position for the Sixers. While adjusting to new teammates can take time, AI has been a revelation to the fans, who did not know what to expect of their athletic dynamo. Let's take a closer look at what makes him tick: Jim O'Brien knew he had a winner in AI, and carefully chose what he thought was the right position for him. He can play multiple positions, but AI is an athlete, right? Wherever the coach wanted to play him was a-ok. Everyone knew he would start, and he has started every game he has played this season. Adjusting is never easy in midstream. The Chris Webber trade forced the Sixers to play different offensive and defensive styles to maximize their talent. After initially resisting the needed changes, in my opinion, Jim O'Brien has used precious practice time to alter his systems. The Sixers now are starting to flow the ball through C-Webb offensively, and defend the perimeter better defensively. Right now, the offense is ahead of the defense, as Donyell Marshall and the Raptors showed, but at least the coach has moved forward with an open mind. The Sixers are looking good in the playoff hunt, and AI is a large reason why. When C-Webb gets the ball at the elbow, AI slashes to the hoop. He has played much better offensively lately, and it is clear that C-Webb and he are starting to gel. Very few defenders can handle AI's athleticism, and his shot is coming around as well. Defensively, his quickness and athleticism have him in the top 10 in the NBA in steals, opponents have to be aware of his forays into seemingly open passing lanes.</div> <div align="center">Full Story</div> A rather interesting article? He makes some good points, and as I read it the more I realize on how bright Andre Iguodala future can potentially be. We got something real special last years draft. And the way I look at it, he has exceeded our expectation that?s for sure. I know some of us projected him to average close to 12 PPG, but while his stats are nothing spectacular his energy and willingness to do those little things like actually play defense is better than the pretty stat line. -- And on a lighter and more relaxing note, here is the Spy Guy report. For those who don't know the "Spy Guy" is, well he travels with the 76ers and gives us the inside scoop on what goes on in the locker rooms, behind the scenes and so on... <div align="center">Spy Guy Report</div>
AI(2) is a huge part of are future. He is one of those few players who can do just about everything. Dre is also a guy that will work hard and not slack off so I see him getting a lot better these next few seasons. Hopefully next year he'll be a better offensive player. If he can elevate his average to about 15 points per then he'll help the 76ers a lot more.
What Iggy has shown lately is what his future will look like. Thrilling dunks, stifiling defense, and great effort on and off the court. He and AI have really connected this season and we can expect some great things in the future from that. Iguodala has also shown he was a pure steal in the draft. I`m really looking forward to see what Andres star power will look like in his career. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I like Andre Igoudala as a player.
