Just saw on the ESPN Bottomline that he will be fired!

We all knew it was going to happen at some point.

It's more that he assembled a faulty team that is faltering down the strech.

Finally! It only took 5 coaches in 5 years to figure out Paxson was the mastermind behind the Cavs failures. The Boozer ordeal epitomized how poor of a GM he is.

Wow. These new owners are cleaning up shop. Maybe they should've tried this before firing Silas.

Yeah, definitely should have fired Paxson before even thinking about firing Silas. In my mind, the Cavs screwed themselves.

That is true. Silas is a great coach. Perfect man for a perfect young basketball player (Lebron James [IMG] ). He was coach when James played first game in NBA. He shows him how to play in NBA. And he ended funny games with Miles and Davis. I think that he is a 3rd greatest NBA coach after Red and Lenny. He should be Cavs coach!! I don't know why Paxton is still here and Paul is OUT.

I mean Cavs fire about everyone these days who's next? They gonna release Lebron? Honestly i think yes the genral manager should be fired if the team slides a lot, but right now they have been doing allrite. The only change was fireing Paul Silas which was a mistake because he was a good coach.
