What do you guys think about the upcoming game versus the Warriors? Is anyone going to the game? I live in CO Springs and I will be going to the game representing the Warriors.

It's great you can go to the game... if we win tomorrow vs. the Wolves, our quest of winning 50 games this season will still go through a tough road because that means we'll still have to go 6-1 the rest of the way. There's still Seattle (struggling a little), Memphis, Houston, and Phoenix and now Golden State. Just great [IMG]

The Warriors are playing great, they'll pose a much greater challenge for us than Seattle will imo.

Thanks for the props! I can not wait for the game. I will be wearing my Jrich jersey. This will be my last game in Denver before I get out of the Air Force and move to OK where my wife is from. This should be a great game. I just hope we can sneak out of Denver and Minnesota with a win and we might just finish the season with a 15 game win streak!

Goodness they also beat the Suns??!? And Suns had Amare running amok in the paint, and they still lost? Hmmm they're a great test for us Nuggets, may the better team win.

    - Golden State: The Warriors are coming off a tough double-OT loss to the Spurs at home. They had been hot, winning 8 straight and 11 of 12 overall. The way things were going before tipoff, most folks would have thought they would handle the tired and short-handed Spurs easily, who'd played in another double-overtime game against the Clippers just the night before. This loss shows that the Warriors are still a young team still trying to find ways to win together in a crunch-time game. Without a doubt they're rising in the West and look to going strong next season. For now, they're probably the scariest spoiler team since the 1999-2000 Dallas Mavericks.

-DN: I've heard of people saying that our schedule is in our favour to make a strong late-season run. But check out the schedule again, and you would think twice about it. Houston, Memphis, Phoenix, and now Golden State being arguably our toughest opponents the way they've been scoring and winning and with the Suns struggling a little bit. I see the Warriors as being similar to the Suns, running and gunning with scorers/ shooters all over the place and a top point guard controlling the tempo. I would have to say the key is not to get caught up with trying to outscore them the way we admittedly did in the Suns games. Instead, we should never ever abandon our defense, which should be an important aspect for us to win this game. I see this game as preparation for us to face off the Suns one week from now.

This can go either way, but I think the Warriors are going to be a little exhausted after that double-OT game. And the altitude here doesn't help. We'll win this by 7, 135-128.

I hope you guys dont play your typical hard nose defense like you have bee since Karl came on board. I think you guys will win this game. And if you play defense, I dont think either team will go much above 100pts...
