If you use a second rounder on him, that's nothing. It's non-guaranteed money and a small sized contract and good trade bait for any teams interested in him as filler.

    Here's also some other positives:
    - At 7'9 he can dunk the ball standing flat footed and probably bending his knees a bit.
    - At 7'9 he can really clog up the lane
    - At 7'9 he can see over everybody and set up cutters to the hoop
    - At 7'9 he can probably sell tickets just by sitting on the bench (he would be the tallest NBA player ever, right?)
    - At 7'9, TNT would hype up any event between his team and the Houston Rockets... where he'll most likely ride the pine or the IR and not face Yao at all.
    - At 7'9 he'd be useful for teams that don't play defense anyway. Just have him wait on the other end of the floor while the other four play defense.
    - At 7'9 it would just be plain funny to see the guy just ruin it for some poor schmuck-season ticket holder who has court side seats directly behind him on the home bench.

Or he could be just another Shawn Bradley (remember that it is customary to tame your aggression in China) and be SI.com's new 2nd most exciting player. I guess people would pay to see who dunks on him first [IMG] .
