<div class="quote_poster">Quoting onechina:</div><div class="quote_post">The heat shot 6 of 13 in OT with two missed FTs for 15 points. During this time Wade shot 5 of 6 for 12 points; the rest of the Heat shot 1 of 7 for 3 points. In the 4th quarter he shot 6 of 9 and made 3 of 4 from the line for 15 points. His shooting performance wasn't this good through the first three quarters, but after 3 the Heat were up by 4 points. Unless I'm missing something the only fault I can find with Wade's shooting is that he missed the game winner at the end of regulation. I think that it's a bit disingenuous to say that the Heat would have won if he would have made one of his missed shots. When a game goes to OT you can say that about any player on either team who missed a shot or let the other team make an easy basket because of a defensive slipup. The most obvious reason that they lost was a rusty Shaq making an uncharacteristic 9 turnovers. Now looking at tonight's Heat/Celtics game, Wade's performance is clearly the biggest factor in the Heat's inevitable loss. At the half: 1 of 7 for 2 points with one rebound and one assist in 21 minutes. Ugly. </div> Great point I don't know why Wade is to be blamed for that loss. He did more than he could to win the game. If you blame him for missing game winning shot, i got nothing to say but after scoring 48 points, someone has to blame him for not looking for his teammates?? What's D-WADE? GOD?? <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Allnet: if someone writing "cuz" upsets you, then it must really piss you off to read or listen to NBA players being interviewed</div> LMAO TRUE
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting whatever:</div><div class="quote_post">omg.. wade's fan starting to become like kobe's fan.. come on guys, i watched the game yesterday and i agree that wade is trying too much to carry the team on his back alone.. I agree when someone said the last thing miami heat need right now is for wade trying to be kobe.. I know that shaq didn't play up to the expectation yesterday but they still got a lot of weapon besides shaq. But i dont blame wade alone for the loss, all part of the teams should take blame on this loss including wade. And please dont bash me with something like "go watch the rockets" or "watch more heat game" cause rockets has nothing to do with this and i do occasionally watch heat game. After all, D-wade is one my favourite players.</div> I know what you are talking about. But does he tend to do that often? I wouldn't be so upset if all Wade does is, in every game, jacking up shots, i'll prolly shut the hell up. Wade has always looked for open teammates, setting up open jumpers all year!! Last night, he did shoot a lot but he made more than half! Is that BAD????? You can't blame him for this loss. That's my point. I think Wade tried everything he could to win the game. If and i mean IF ANY player is to be blamed, i think it would either be Shaq for not being 100% and being fatigued or Damon Jones getting that inbound pass stolen and giving up 3 pointer plus technical foul free throw. But like the Heat always states "it's always either a team effort win or team loss."

It's hardly the same. Every NBA player that writes a column or what is known as a blog, have prefect wording in what they say. Oh and for the record, It doesn't upset me. It's just un professional to post slang and makes you coming off as a young kid. As I said, people make their own choices. Moving on.......
I don't understand what people are complaining about. If a player shoots over 50% he is helping his team, no matter how many shots he takes! Wade scored 48 points on better than 50% shooting. People are saying that he should not shoot that much are almost implying that every shot that someone else takes is going to go in! There are many reason why the Heat lost that game as noted earlier, but Wade was not one of them. Wade also had 6 assists. To those people comparing Wade's shooting tendencies to Kobe or T-Mac must also look at their shooting %. <font color="Red">WADE FG% .482 </font> KOBE FG% .432 TMAC FG% .431 IVERSON FG% .418 The shooting % indicates for the most part that Wade is taking better shots and most of the time is closer to the basket. Wade's jumper has greatly improved throughout the season and he can make it with confidence. If Wade can shoot close to 50% every game, then it does not matter if he takes 30 attempts per game. When a great player is "in the zone" you have to let him shoot

Allnet: NBA players don't write columns and blogs that have perfect wording. It appears that way because websites and newspapers employ a person called a "copy editor" who's job is to correct all the grammar and spelling mistakes made by writers. A typical story might be edited by between 2 and 4 people before it sees the light of day. Is it unprofessional to write a post that contains grammar and spelling mistakes? A lot of people on this board write like they are ESL or high school students because they are. Forgive me for stating the obvious, but that?s what I like about message boards. They provide a way for people with different ethnic backgrounds and different levels of education ? that would never otherwise have anything to do with each other ? to communicate. I?d talk with my lawyer if I wanted ?professional?. What do you think of writers like Scoop Jackson who go out of their way to inject colloquialisms into their writing? In his latest espn.com column he analyzes the Bulls using the theme ?ride or die?.
