Stephen A Smith just disguists me. I didn't know where to post this but do any of you have dream of being like a sports analyst. I sure do. Does anyone know like how these guys start out and stuff or what they study in college.

Does anyone know like how these guys start out and stuff or what they study in college.</div> yes, stephen a. smith is a first class moron. and doug gottleib for college ball. aside from the fact that he openly, unrelentingly and stupidly disses my badgers all the time, he's just a big 12 homer with no substance to what he says. as to the path to becoming an analyst, you gotta get into sports broadcast journalism. i'm going to school now for print sports journalism (newspaper, magazine writing, etc) but there are definitely courses you can take for broadcast journalism, and most colleges have a few courses specifically devoted to sports journalism.
I think SAS just woke up screaming one day, and was then given a job. I do agree Doug Gottlieb is worse because he takes pleasure in bashing college kids. But most of them have gone through journalism schools.
