what this means is that is he capable of a 20 point, 10 rebound, 3 assist, 2 block and 50% next season? Do you think he's capable of those elton brand numbers? Cause if he is, he will be an instant star that receives tremendous amounts of respect for all opposing players. What do you think?

What do you think?</div> Yeah I think he's capable of those stats ... if he's given the freakin ball. Although he's not given enough touches, he is also to blame. He doesn't demand the ball enough and sometimes is pushed too far out of post position. Also he tends to expose the ball which is why opposing players are able to reach in and whack it off his hands. Notice that when he drives, rarely does he ever finish the hoop. Although he does get fouled, the ball just squirts out of his hands so easily unlike KG or TD who are at least able to hoist the shot up. I think those are the 3 things he should improve on to have those kind of stats next year.
He can do it, but asignatoyn hit the nail on the head. IMO Bosh wont put up those numbers till Rafer is traded.
Part of the reason he doesn't get the ball is because he doesn't seal his defender off behind him. If he can do that and develop a better back-to-the-basket game, he could definitely average those numbers.

Most of Bosh's points come the face up, either a: mid range jump shot or taking his defender to the hoop. If he could consistently get a good seal, and add some low post moves specifically a jump hook with those long arms of his 23-25 ppg isn't out of the question. Obviously adding 5-10 pouns of muscle would help his low post game significantly, but they key would be not to lose his speed, cause his first step is vicous on the face up.
Bosh will never be a back to the basket player. He can score 20 PPG+ as a face up/mid-range player, so it doesn't really matter. It would help for him to be able to get those easy baskets from just sealing your man and doing a layup etc, but it's not his game. One thing our team needs to add is an alley-oop play where Bosh just spins off his man and we lob it up. We have no one on our team who can throw and alley...
Players with 20 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and 50% None Close to it Shaq ? 2.8 assists Tim Duncan ? 2.7 assists Brand ? 19.8 points, 9.5 rpg, 2.6 apg CB4 needs FG +.31% +3.2 ppg +1rpg + 1.1 apg + 0.6 bpg I think that is quite a bit to cover in one year.
I can see everything but the blocks, don't think he'll average 2 blocks. Also I think he'll average more like 2._ assists.
I agree with the assists thing, he might fall short in that catagory, though i think he's gotten better at blocking shots and that might be able to happen. SkiptoMyLue11-remember that Bosh's numbers are scewed because he had vince in the lineup(sort of) for the first part of the year, and Rose was doing to much shortly after the trade. Since things fell into place a bit more Bosh's numbers have been a good deal better than his yearly averages. But i think you're right, its alot to do in 1 year. Might be a few more, but it will happen.
2 blocks a game is hard. Garnett this year comes close PPG 22.4 RPG 13.70 APG 5.7 504 fg% but fails in blocks 1.37 And last year Garnett had the neccessary Blocks 2.17 but he shot 499 fg% I doubt Bosh will reach those numbers but i think it's a testament to his game and his potential, that we can conceivebly talk about him averaging 20, 10, 3 , 2 50 fg <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Bosh will never be a back to the basket player- og15 </div> Im not saying Bosh should be a predomenant back to the basket player. However he should look to develope it. (see kg) It would certainly help his scoring and likely assist's, being in position to hit cutters and kick it out of double teams. so it does matter. Just cause you say "it's not his game" does not mean he should forget about . If one thing is crucial to being an allstar it's being able to do a multitude of things exceptionately well (Lebron, Duncan, Kg, AI, Kobe). I think we can expect more from Bosh than just sealing his man and doing a lay-up.

with the right peices around him if bosh has to shot more, his pct will fall, but he can get to 20/10 easily
Why can't Rafer alley?? I don't see what's so hard about throwing the ball up for a dunk when Chris does it so easily anyways. I see MoPete and Jalen sometimes alleying to Chris but they're not PGs so they can't do it that much.
