Nets have been sort of blowing out thier opponents lately, or winning convincingly atleast. Hopefully they don't let this one slip away.

    The score right now is
    Nets- 70
    Wizards- 44

Jkidd has 28, 7 and 5 and it's only the third quarter. Too bad Cleveland is leading the Celtics in the 4th.
I never thought I'd cheer for Antoine Walker but...Go Celtics.

hmmm....you say that almost as if he is more deserving then anybody on New Jersey's roster. Fact is the Nets dug ourselves out a 4-12 start, & had to fight thru so many roster changes to put themselves into postion to get a spot in the post season. Nobody is more deserving than our guys...I understand that probably isnt what you were stating by that comment..but truth be told I could care less if Lebron isnt going to be in the playoffs...but I guess that is just me.

Anyway we almost gave this one away in the 4th against the Wizards blowout unit, those guys really took advantage of us on the inside. But we held on so its off to Boston tommorrow for all the marbles...should be a battle

Not that he deserves it as much, but hes only 20 and doing everything on his own.

I could also care less if Leborn makes the playoffs or not. Someone, or some paper said that it took 3 years for Kidd and Iverson, great players in their own right, to make the playoffs. Lebron can wait a year. His team has been playing shitty, they shouldn't gain something when they didn't play hard until the end of the season. Sure they had injuries, but nothing compared to the Nets' own catastrophes. Lebron himself may have the heart to fight, but not his team. The Nets on the other hand, have forced team ball (and Vince Carter) down their opponents' throats, and to fight back from such a horrid start, is a feat in itself worthy of the playoffs.

What?? I don't know if that was supposed to be a shot or not, but you have been taking shots and mocks at the Nets ever since they started doing better then your Knicks.
Why do you bother to come in the Nets forums just to mock the team?
If it was the Knicks going for that 8th seed you would try to defend them if your balls were on fire so show some courtesy and stop trying to mock the Nets or thier fans because they got closer to the playoffs (or got in the playoffs depending on tonight) and your Knicks didn't.
