It seems like everyone Asian who plays basketball is called Yao Ming. My other nickname would be Trip. cheen0, I had an awesome birthday. I got a new mp3 player, family went out to a NICE steakhouse, and I got promoted to a mod a few days after. Sweet 16 is looking good right now.
What mp3 player did u get? I recently got a creative zen micro 5gb in black. It's hella nice. Check it out www.creative.com. It's competition to ipod mini but I think it's better than the ipod in many ways.

The Micro looked small and good, but the Touch was just $50 more and had 15 more GB of space. It's the real competition to the iPod. Zen Touch is more targeted at the iPod mini market.
The Zen touch is too big in size for me both physiclly and memory space. The problem with ipod mini/ipod (i heard) is their battery finishes fast and since the battery r built in u have to take it to the shop to replace it while the zen batteries arent built in and are easy to replace. I think the sound quality are both good. I don't get why u say zen touch is targeted at ipod mini market when ipod mini has the similar memory space and similar size to the zen micro. Maybe ipod and zen touch r competin since both are bulky.
My bball nicknames would be "D Money", "Shooter", "Reggie" (as in Miller), and my personal favorite, "The Assassin"...I, too, am a deadeye shooter, obviously ... and Trip, congrats on your Mod spot...nice to see the Rockets being represented among the hierarchy of JBB ...

I tested it without backlight and it lasted around 28. As for the weight, it's not like the extra weight would rip your hand off. Definitely has the bang for the buck. Shooter, thanks. It definitely feels great to be able to help out JBB even more and representing the Rockets forum. If we're top three quality wise, we should definitely get recognition, although I'd have been happy with anyone else in this lounge being a mod over me, I guess I'll have to thank the gods for letting me become one.
That's pretty funny u actually used it for that long non stop. The micro is said to be 12 hour battery life. Mine was less because I kept using the backlight changing tracks instead of using the remote. BTW what color did u get? pink? Or does it only come in white? The design of it is so similar to ipod's..they're copying them in design, that's for sure
I got an Ipod 20GB for $300. It carries as much as Zen Touch 20GB($250) but I still feel its worth the extra $50. I like the Calender that the ipod has because it put the entire Rockets schedule on it and its a great reminder. I also like that you can store notes in it. It helps out with school work because I can just store my notes in my ipod and not have to carry alot of paper around. It also allows to keep contacts. So i can keep adresses and phone numbers on it. The click wheel on it is awsome! The battery life does seem to run out quick even though it says it has 12hr and I think thats the only flaw it has and the price also may be a little high. I dont really know alot about the Zen Touch but I think the ipod is still a good mp3 player.

Name: Dan Le (Never would of guessed eh?) Age:15 Location: Adelaide, South Australia Fav. Sports Besides Basketball: Soccer, American Football, Ice Hockey (a bit) Fav. Musician(s): The Game, TuPac, Eminem, Our Lady Peace, Three Days Grace, Alter Bridge, Cold, Kanye West, Twista, Wylde Bunch, Linkin Park, Nirvana, Muse some of the others escape my mind but alot of people I just like one of their songs and hate the rest... Nickname: D-Mac, probably just because i'm a Houston Rockets fan and during a game at school during gym class when we were losing by three points I nailed a 3, then the opposition hit a three, then I hit a three then they hit a 2 then I hit another three ran back down court and rejected a fast break jumper..but yeah lol... Also once again congrats on your sixteenth Trip, it's great that you've become a mod here at our Rockets forum, you really deserve it.
