Which means unless we win the lottery we'll get the 9th pick in the draft.

it is unless we win the lottery 1, 2, or 3 pick then we get at best the ninth pick.

Thanks for the link. The Lakers can't even win a freakin' coin toss.

Yeah, things just aren't going for Lakers this season.

Dang, not that I am complaining, but if we lose one game, I guess we could have been 7th seed. You bet Nelson would have emptied the bench in 82-81 with 5 mins left [IMG]...

Wow, let's hope the ping poing balls are kinder to us than in past years. We missed out on Yao Ming and I don't care how overrated he is, he probably would have prevented Foyle's re-signing at that price.

That was the year we traded the pick for the #21 and Mookie, then we drafted Jeff Foster and traded him to Indiana for the #26 (Vonteego Cummings) and a future #1 who turned out to be Troy Murphy.</font>

Well, our bad luck with draft doesn't end there. In Richardson draft, lowest possible pick was 5th, but that's what we got. In Dunleavy trade, there were supposely two franchise players and we had worst rec along with Bulls. But, 5th worst Houston got no. 1, and we got 3rd. And, those are not mentioning what happened to absence of picks due to Webber-Penny trade. But, for a good news, we won two straight coin tosses, beating Seattle last year and Lakers this year...
