Guys, I know the outrageously dressed fans make a lot of noise, and I've already made that clear in one of my posts. I just simply find them annoying as well.

I think the reason the Houston crowd is so quiet is because, as THE DREAM mentioned, they are a mature (old) bunch. I was at a Raptors game this season and a middle-aged man commented that the cheering was too loud. That would have something to do with the younger demographic of Toronto fans.
Home court.... once when Rox were leading by a large margin, the home court fans just left their seats to deposit the f**king cars just in order to avoid a jam at the exit to the underground parking lot.
