Wow, I had no clue he was even being considered as an NBA prospect. He's got good height at 6'5" and a sweet stroke, but I haven't seen him since the Asian games years ago, although some of my friends follow him and mentioned him as maybe making it in the NBA someday. I dismissed those notions until that article. I think he'd be a good guy to tryout on our summer league, to see how his defense is, since everyone knows he can shoot.
Since, it's from Korean website, I won't put too much on it. I mean, I would be glad if he makes NBA since I am Korean, but at this point, it would be hard for me to imagine that he will actually take a roster slot next year...
It doesn't even say what position he plays, other than that he is probably the pure shooter type and 3 pt. specialist. I'm assuming shooting guard or combo guard? I'm sure the Clippers are probably interested in him too for financial, demographic, and talent and position needs. If they don't re-sign Kittles or Marko Jaric, and they already lost Eric Piatkowski... who is backing up Maggette as the pure shooting guard (and who can do it for cheap since he's NBDL) next season? I think he has a chance to make a roster. Clippers always have new faces in training cmap. Same with the W's. We had a pretty good crop with Ansu Sesay (NBDL mvp), Matt Carroll (one of the leaders in shooting), and that point guard Marlon Parmer or something.
I hope he can pass well. A combo-gaurd would be nice since our only other combo-gaurd is like 6'1 and stands no chance against average size SGs on defense. I also wonder if he can play some D.

The worst teams always get the best NBDL invitees. Parmer was in camp and it was between him, Ansu Sesay, who was the NBDL MVP, Matt Caroll (top 3-point shooter and current Bobcat), and former Nets/Bay Area native Brandon Armstrong who had chances of making the team. We also had Bobcat's Brevin Knight's younger brother, Brandin Knight, and HS standout Ousumane Cisse (See-say) in camp. Too bad Cisse didn't make it. He had some otherworldly athleticism before that huge injury.
