<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">You couldn't put together a real strong first team with all the former Milwaukee Bucks participating in the National Basketball Association playoffs, but you would have a lot of help off the bench.

Ray Allen of Seattle is contributing to his team's success like no other former Buck, but there are other strong contributors as well. Damon Jones of Miami has started four playoff games and has averaged 35 minutes in those games. Lindsey Hunter of Detroit and Mike James of Houston are making contributions. Gary Payton is averaging more than 33 minutes a game and has started Boston's first four playoff games.

Glenn Robinson is coming off the bench for San Antonio, averaging 10 minutes a game in the playoffs. Keith Van Horn was getting time in Dallas before he was injured. Ronald Murray contributed in the SuperSonics' regular season, but has not played in the post-season. Jon Barry is averaging more than 25 minutes a game for the Rockets. Vin Baker has not appeared in a playoff game for Houston. Brian Skinner is a reserve in Sacramento. Darvin Ham is delivering a few energy minutes in Detroit. Kevin Ollie has not played for Philadelphia in the post-season. You won't find Mark Pope's name on the Nuggets' playoff roster.

There is a surprisingly long list of coaches on the remaining playoff teams who used to play for the Bucks.

Scott Skiles of the Chicago Bulls, of course. </div>

There was a similar story about how so many of the former Warriors were on other rosters, a lot of them actually starters as well or otherwise playing important roles. There are so many Warriors, in fact, that an entire playoff team could probably be made with them (Dampier, Webber, Jamison, Hughes, Arenas, Jones, Fortson, Sura, Boykins, Cardinal, Robinson, Jackson, Davis). It's kind of sad to know that your team had a lot of talent but couldn't put it together. Sometimes, players just need a change of scenery, as well.

The Bucks are doing the right thing by clearing up a lot of cap space and trying to get Redd, or if he decides not to return, by going for a young star. All teams need to start somewhere, and in the building/rebuilding process only takes a bit of luck with good draft picks and a few established stars to get a team going.

you now, the bucks are kina like a preperation team like a freshman team. you play there for awhile but then once its time to leave and u join a betta team wit betta players, well then thye start to play very good ball. GP was someone we shouldnt have traded for and it was all george karls fault. It was one of the bucks stupidest moves evar. I just hope that this season will bring better things wit bogut and i hope bogut desnt follow the steps of ray allen.
