I'd say, "yes, we need to draft a young point guard who can complement LeBron James." I was reading on the Cav's website today that they tried out four decent PG's, some who hold college records. I would also say, "What do we have that any other team could possibly want, that we can afford to lose?"
LeBron James - Definately not an option
Ira Newble - His tough defence could make him an alright bench player at any team, but would never be a sixth man, more like 8 or 9th.
McInnes - Does anyone want an old, sulking PG? I think not. Will probably be given his marching orders without a trade.
Gooden - Some teams might want him, but can we afford to lose him? Is very solid around the rim and I think he is part of the future. Don't want to see him go unless we get something good for him. Yes, AV can cover for him, but then where's the spark off the bench?
Z - Talk of him leaving could set up a sign and trade, where we could get a draft pick thrown in. If he goes, OK, but get something for him. Should not be forced to go, though

Now we get down to the bench:
Snow - See Jeff McInnes, but take out the sulking part and remember his contract pretty much binds him to us
AV, Tractor - Too valuable and shouldn't be traded
Jackson, Pavlovic - I like these guy's style of play and want to see them stay. Considering their young ages, should stay. Jackson won't be wanted by many after his first season out with a back complaint.
Jiri Welsch - Could be thrown into a deal involving maybe Wagner, Harris, Williams and Diop, who shouldn't be here next year, and could get something for that.

Cleveland definately need some fresh faces, and the draft is the best place to get them. Jiri, Diop, Wagner, Harris and Williams wouldn't be highly sought after, but could get us a few second-round picks from here and there. Management really need to look at getting a draft pick for these players, most of whom probably won't be here next season.
