"We're sending Jeanie," said Buss, referring to his daughter, who is also the team's vice president of business operations and Jackson's girlfriend. Buss smiled when asked if Jackson would escort Jeanie Buss to the lottery. "That'd be interesting," Buss said. "I suggested that they do that, but I don't know if they'll follow through." The Lakers have a 1.4 percent chance of getting the top pick in the lottery. Most likely, the Lakers will get the 10th pick. </div> Source Let's hope she can be 'Lady Luck' for the Lakers.

Phil appearing with Jeanie would pretty much seal the deal one would think. I will be watching the lottery with a little more "Ferver" this year. Last year i watched as Washington nearly had the Number 1 pick (if im not mistaken) only to fall short. One could hope i suppose.

Why can't we get from #4 - #9. I hope that's not ture.

This assures the worst team in the draft will not pick worse than 4th overall. So basically the ping pong balls will only decide the top 3 picks, after that it's based on the teams records.
