I know that it was a tough way to end the season, but I can't remember the last time I had so much fun watching a Rockets team throughout the season........from TMac's 13 point play, to the great 2nd half of the season, to the way the rockets fought hard in the playoffs (except last night).....the rockets made me proud with the steps they took this year.........so I'd like to say thank you and I think everyone else should also.
I greatly appreciate what the Rockets accomplished this season...people forget that the Mavs came into the series the higher seed, winning 7 more games than Houston...No one was picking Houston to win...I love the effort they showed, as well as the chemistry and I believe this team's future is bright...We need another PF, a solid, scoring swingman and some backcourt depth and we'll be fine...I think if anything, this series showed that our supporting cast is unstable...I think james, barry and sura are keepers, but wesley, weatherspoon and maybe howard (altho I'd like to see him return) are all expendable... bottom line, i'm still very proud of my Rockets and what they've done...
Heart of a Champion .. I have to add this in here. "I am disgusted and mad and angry and all of that stuff, but at the same time I'm not going to hang my head. I'm 25 years old, I've got a lot of years in this game and I will be back. All of this stuff I'm going through, it's only going to make me tougher. I will never fold. Regardless of being bounced out of the first round, I will be back, my team will be back, and we will back better and stronger." Man, thank God we have Tracy McGrady.
