Basically just discuss upcoming movies or what you think of recent movies that came out in here. Some movies I want to see: Star Wars III, Sin City (yeah I know it was a month ago), the Adam Sandler football one coming out. Plus the lounge just seemed so dead.
hmmm...I wanna see the new Batman one...thats not for another month tho...i dunno other than that, maybe the will ferrell one just for giggles...
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Unleashed by Jet Li.. Don't know if it's only in Cali?</div> Nah cause I keep seeing commercials for it here in PA. Looks alright though.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting SupraJames:</div><div class="quote_post">Unleashed by Jet Li.. Don't know if it's only in Cali?</div> Up here as well, although it hasn't gotten great reviews. I wanna go see Kicking and Screaming, Year of the Yao and The Longest Yard.
what are some movies out right now that yall think are worth seeing?? I recently saw 'mindhunters' and that has to be the worse movie of alltime...
Really? You didn't like it? I thought it was kinda clever, but I agree, they could've made it a little better. I still haven't seen "Unleashed", actually wanted to see it the other night but it was sold out (opening weekend). Anyone have any reviews on this? Also a bunch of ppl saw Starwars 3 and they all thought it was the bomb.

Not sure. My one friend went to see Star Wars midnight the Thursday and said it was awesome. Heard it was the best of the new trilogy. As for unleashed, I heard that it was a pretty good and had a nice storyline (maybe disturbing though).
I was hoping that the Star Wars III : Revenge of the Sith won't be the last Star Wars movie. I've already read books, comics and articles about the aftermath of Episode 6. On the Star Wars website they called it "Extended Universe". Emperor Palpatine is still alive when we thought that Darth Vader had already killed him. He channeled his spirit through a cloned body. Due to the powerful dark force within him it consumes his mortal body so he ages rapidly. He has an almost endless supply of cloned bodies. The aftermath story also tells us about Luke Skywalker becoming a Jedi Master, founding the New Jedi Academy and marrying Mara Jade, Palpatine's top aide, assassin and protector of his cloned bodies.
Anyone see The Longest Yard? I really enjoyed It. That was probably the best Comedic-Sports movie ive ever seen.
Dayum its wierd in Australia. Some movies are released same time as in The States and others are really late. Sin city isn't out yet, there isn't even any previews, only posters. Mr and Ms. Smith will come out in the next 2 weeks, same with the Longest Yard. Opening day of Star Wars was the same date as the States (so technically it came out first in Australia due to the time difference. I Loved star wars, and I'm excited to watch Mr and Ms Smith.
Yeah it's wierd eh Dakeem? I mean I just saw Coach Carter last saturday..and wasn't it released ages ago in the US? also I saw Star Wars the week before, I thought it was OK, i'm not a big star wars fan though, I thought the beginning was ok, the middle was boring and the end really saved it...I thought the acting was kinda crap too...

I had the same problem in Singapore though. Guess North America is always the first to get movies.

Hehe, and because of the Time Difference, that makes us the first (alonf with New Zealand) for it to be released.
July 29th over here. I'm gonna buy a huge stack of DVDs when I go to China. I heard like you can get DVDs for like $10 RMB. Is it true, back-on-track>
