Game is going to tip off soon. Bill Walton is so...there's no word to describe him. Rasheed Wallace is better than Jermaine O'Neal? Anyways, I'm hoping the Pistons can pull out a victory so that they aren't in a tough posistion going back into Detroit. Both JO and Jackson need to step up in this game, like Bird told them, if Indiana wants to win.
Horrible....just horrible...
Quote:

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Over a span of almost eight minutes, the Indiana Pacers managed just one point. In a sequence of 19 shots, they missed 18. The Pacers' poor shooting put them in a big early hole, and a brief third-quarter comeback was all they could manage the rest of the way as Chauncey Billups scored 29 points to lead the Detroit Pistons past the Pacers 89-76 Sunday, tying their best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series 2-2. Game 5 is at Detroit on Tuesday night. ``This has turned into a great series. But the pressure is always going to be on us; we're the (defending) champs,'' Billups said. Just as they did Friday night when they blew an 18-point lead, the Pacers went cold from the field -- and this time it cost them the game.
Source I really think this series has the potential to go to 7 games. It just seems that the team that takes control in the beginning of the games are the ones that are going to pull it out. I look for Indiana to be more focused for the next game in Detroit and pull out a victory.
Both teams are too inconsistant offensively to hold an edge over the other, but I think Detroit is better on the offensive end. I thought the key here was Detroit's ability to keep the Pacers off the offensive glass. Jeff Foster was particularly ineffective. But if Reggie Miller and Jermaine O'Neal ever find their shooting touch, Detroit can kiss this series goodbye because both of those guys have done nothing offensively.
Rasheed Wallace had 12 rebounds and 5 blocks for the Pistons, Ben Wallace 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. Jeff Foster played just 12 minutes. The Pacers shot just 37% from the court. Game 5 is going to be a critical game in the outcome of the series.
