Yeah I want a coach that WANTS to coach the lakers. Phil doesn't seem dedicated. I rather get a smaller name coach like Flip Saunders, or Paul Silas that will put all their effort into coaching. I don't like how Phil uses the media either.

that would be a very interesting conversation. "sources" have said that they patched up their whole relationship. I won't believe any trade or coaching rumor until I hear it directly from someone in the organization.
