<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">AUBURN HILLS -- Pistons coach Larry Brown tries to quell his nerves every time he sees Antonio McDyess dive for a ball. Or go into a crowd for a rebound. Brown cringes inside, praying McDyess' surgically repaired right knee doesn't come undone. Thankfully, Brown's fears have been pointless ... so far. "And I think as the season has gone on, he's become more comfortable than I have," Brown said. "I still worry, because he's relentless. He still dives for balls, he goes after balls. I really believe that next year we are going to start to see more of what he did when he was younger. He's made unbelievable improvement. "I'm a lot more comfortable. It's like watching your son play. You're worried about him getting hit." McDyess was a fiery force in Game 4, helping the Pistons on both ends. He had 12 points and six rebounds. "I knew with Ben (Wallace) going out, his intensity out there on the court and what he brings to the court, I knew I had to step up when I got out on the court," McDyess said. "I tried to do what he did and pick up for him. (Sunday) night, I wasn't really hitting shots. I tried to do other things, play defense and get rebounds." </div> Source
