Dame literally said it has nothing to do with the fan reaction on social media and that it was that the roster around him was not good enough. If that doesn't change, and soon, he'll demand a trade. Probably need to make moves and progress this season or he's gone.

This would have been a good year for Portland to pounce, if Neil had been able to build a good roster. He failed though. The roster he built is not good.

I'm kind of baffled by people who think this way. Everyone has baggage of some kind, but not everyone has "rape accusation and settlement" level of baggage.
