Incosistancy is your biggest problem right now. Alot of your stuff doesn't have alot of "true" flow. I like your brushing alot, and your text.

You definately need to work on your text, coloring, and backgrounds to a certain extent. Most of your sigs are too monotone, and flash only one...
I don't think thats really a bad idea. If they can get a proven all star that can make a difference, then maybe that would sway a bigger name player...
