I will determine the order (Randomly, or course) at 8 p.m. eastern standart time.To make sure we have activity we will have a 3 stikes, you're out rule. You miss 3 picks and you will be released from this draft. We will have 15 teams, 12 rounds, 180 picks. When it is your turn to draft you will have 24 hours on the clock to pick. All times will be Eastern Standard Time. Trades are allowed. We will be picking based off of how well we think players will do next season and then we will have a vote at the end of next season to determine who had the best team. So yes, you can draft soon to be rookies. If you miss a turn (And get a strike) you will be allowed to use that pick as soon as you come on the board again. However, you cannot take a player that was drafted after your pick and before you came back. If you have any questions, comments, or reccomendations or anything post them in this thread or PM me.
