Congrats on the win, KCGSC! Perhaps Saban will have the Dolphins ready to actually give the Chiefs some competition by the next time our teams meet. It's hard to stay patient while we rebuild.

I thought the results would be a) Chiefs in a blowout 38-10 or [IMG] Dolphins in close one 16-13.

I pity the team who plays Miami in a few weeks when Ricky is up to speed and Ronnie is fully acclimated to the NFL provided the turnovers are eliminated & penalties greatly reduced.

Guess I have to wait for Sunday to actually watch the game. I listened to the streaming audio broadcast from a Kansas City classic rock FM station. Thanks for the congrats. DWOers remain classy fans even in defeat. I was afraid of this game. We haven't fared too well in South Florida anytime lately. I think Dicky V. had the team pumped up over being screwed by Tagliabue on the travel issue. A Jason Taylor at 100% and having Seau available wouldn't have hurt you guys either.

He did score 6 points in most fantasy leagues last night. That was his best performance of the season. Maybe this is a start of good things to come.

If chiefs just had a better WR on the field his production would skyrocket

Whatever happened to Freddie Mitchell? Did something happen when I had no internet connection? I was kind of living under a rock.

Freddie injured his knee in camp and refused to get surgery. Since he could not play and be evaluated durin pre-season, he was released to make roster room. There is some talk that we may have him back for a visit. I heard that about 2 weeks ago and don't know what ever transpired.

Either way even if they had Fredex, BF1's statement would remain accurate.

Ronnie Brown didnt start as well as his Auburn Teammate but now has 1 more rushing yard than Cadillac Williams. I think Brown might end up finishing stronger.

I know Williams missed a couple of games but Brown is getting better every time he steps on the field!

Actually, Cadillac has missed 2 games and part of a third. That's roughly 41% of his available playing time. Nothing against Brown but you seem to be comparing Apples and oranges there. And in the spirit of a picture saying a thousand words, I think you may be as confused as this guy.

haha, yeah but they both have similar amount of carries. That is what ypu have to base it on. You gotta say if Ronnie Brown was in Tampa and was getting that amount of carries without missing two/three games would he have a couple hundred more yards?
