The eleventh-seeded George Mason Patriots will try to continue their string of tournament upsets today against the top seeded UConn Huskies at 2:30 ET to see who goes to the Final Four.

George Mason has already stunned the sixth seeded Michigan State Spartans and the third seeded North Carolina Tarheels, and they dominated Wichita State in Sweet 16 action by the score of 63-55.

Connecticut got to this point after some shaky opening round performances against Albany and Kentucky, as well as an overtime win over Washington which was marred by questionable calls, but the Huskies have been widely considered one of the most talented teams in the nation all season long and a favorite to win it all.

So who do you think will win this one today?

I'd really like to see George Mason pull a miracle and win this one...but I can't see it happening. Even though UConn hasn't looked that good in the tournament thus far, I believe they'll take this one easily in a balanced attack. George Mason had a hell of a run, though!

    UConn- 82
    GMU- 61

I think it will be a low scoring affair with both teams having really good defense, but I think Uconn will just wear them out at the end to win 65-55

I don't want to see UConn win the Championship, I don't think they deserve it because they've been bailed out by the officials twice now. This team is loaded with a bunch of malcontents, so I'm cheering for George Mason.

GM could eventually be overwhelmed by all the talent on UConn, but without any expecations, they are playing very loose. UConn has been playing from behind a lot in this tournament, so if GM takes a the lead going into the 2nd half, they cannot let up at all.

I've found that "all the talent" of UConn, which people always talk about, really means "Marcus Williams," that and an athletic but not overwhelming Rudy Gay and a bunch of guys who are tall.

I see George Mason as a long shot in this game, but if they beat Michigan State and North Carolina I don't see why they can't win again, UConn hasn't looked exactly mindblowing so far.

    Go Patriots~!

GMU hanging in there so far. Initially they had a little bit of trouble stopping UConn's bigger guys from shooting over them inside, I'm not sure if they found a solution to it or if UConn just stopped making them, but GMU is in the thick of things now.

15-5 run for UConn and they are up by 9. GM is starting to slip a little bit, hopefully they can stay in this and make it competitive in the second half.

I think UConn has made their last 4 threes, it's hard to hang in there when they're doing that. Mason gave them pretty open looks on a couple of those though, and that didn't help.

If George Mason could just get a string of defensive stops together, then they would be good to go, because they are playing very good on the offensive side of the floor.

Tony Skinn needs to get going!!!

67-65 George Mason with 4:02 left. Even if George Mason loses this game, it has been one hell of a run.

GMU still up 4 with UConn going to the line for FTs. Under 3 minutes left.

They are giving UConn a scare and this is an AWESOME game!
