Hmmm, I wonder what kind of avatar Bakes will look good in for the next 7 days and 50 posts. [IMG]

What ever it is; it should include the phrase Dwo rules.

You know you had a bad day when something like this ends up on the internet. Tom Brady might want to work on his throwing mechanics before the playoffs.

I'll cut Bakes a deal. I'll excuse his having to wear a Dolphins' avatar if BF1 gets his signature back.

Bakes, if you don't want to let BF1 off the hook, here is your avatar for the week and 50 posts.

What sig? He's not even man enough to show the image. He just has the link to it. Give me your silly avatar & let's be done with it. DWO proved in the offseason how brave they are when 2/3 of them turned down my offer.

Pats OL has been inconsistent all year. Credit the Miami D for rattling Tom. The Pats running game was working despite missing it's leading rusher. I just wish BB had stuck with it b/c it was clear the OL couldn't stop Jason Taylor & Co.

The avatar is in the post right above this response. Here it is again.

Edit - Bakes, I just read your PM about not being able to see Photobucket images at work. Anyone want to start a pool on how many cuss words Bakes lets out when he finally sees it? [IMG]

Speaking as the 1/3 that only bets in NV with $ on the line, I am amzed at the compliments when Miami beats New England (like a rented mule) in a "meaningful" game.

I thought the Pats D played fairly well. It was the offense, specifically the pass protection that failed us. It was as if Miami new when we were gonna pass & they just came at Brady with little resistance.

A rented mule? Like a bronco? You know that Patriot fans, of all people, aren't going to understand that analogy!

Bronco, Colt, donkey, mule... Whatever it takes. [IMG]

Actually, the key word in my previous post was meaningful or do I need to be dropkicked?

I'm glad to see you edited your original snide remark. This was certainly more "meaningful" to the Pats than last season's regular season finale where it was clearly to our benefit to loss that game. By losing that game we avoided the red hot Steelers in favor of the inexperienced Jags.

In losing yesterday we blew a chance to clinch the division & more importantly greatly reduced any chance at getting a bye in the playoffs.

My guess is that ba edited his previous post because he didn't to insult the rest of us by ASSuming that we couldn't follow the logical progression of where he was leading us. I guess one person's snide remark is another person's subversive humor.

Yeah, I'm sure the Patriots were trying to lose to the Dolphins last year? How did that work out for the Patriots? By the way, if anyone cares to go back and look at what was being posted during the Wild Card round of the playoffs, the Steelers weren't being considered a contender let alone "red hot" and the Dolphins @ Patriots preceeded that round of the playoffs. Can you say "revisionist history?"

Do I think we would have beaten the Steelers last year? Heck yes! But I would be a fool to think the better matchup wasn't Jacksonville.

Hmmm. The Patriots went into Denver and got sent home. The next week, the Steelers went into Denver and beat the Broncos and went to the Super Bowl. Yeah, I can see why you would think that the Patriots would beat the Steelers. [IMG]
