Some history made in today's early game. Great game I have to say 2nd half wise for Mavs. DA simply owns Mike James, dating back to Houston series last year to this year. He just bothers Mike James. I have to say Raptors have talent, but their a jump shooting that was extremely hot in the 1st half to the beginning of 3rd. They were hitting shots contested and uncontested. No missing by them.But the bad side of being a jump shooting team is when you go cold. They did, Mavs get hot in 4th. Game turns around. Dallas stuck around enough, and gave Raps a little of their own medicine in 4th.Also, 4 techs in the 2nd quarter almost led to a duplication of the Pistons/Pacers brawl, if Terry had reached the Raptors huddle. Very entertaining game...for a Mavs fan. Must have been awful being a Raps fan(from when DA entered).
He's right to blame Sam, he's a bad coach, remember when he left James/Villa on the bench for eternity when we were making our run. He had a lineup of Calderon, Mo Pete, Eric Williams, Bonner and Davis out there for a good 4 minutes.
The starters can't play all the time and give the credit that the mavs were able to take advantage of the bench which doesn't always happen.
