Seriously. 2003 wasn't the better draft. IMO '99 and '96 were both better. '03 has come out w/ 2 or 3 superstars depending on if you count Melo one and a few all star type players. The '96 draft came out w/ just as many superstars and way more all stars. Also it came out w/ a ton of great 2nd options and role players. The '99 draft doesnt neccesarily have any superstars but it is filled w/ all star calibur players and great role players as well. Both imo way better that the '03 draft. The '03 draft just basically gets all its hype from lebron and wade. there was a few other good players out of it like melo, cb4, diaw, etc. but no where near as much talent as the other two.

I'll go with 1996 because of Nash, Starbury, Kobe and AI. 4 instant HOFers there, with some good guyys like Jermaine O'Neal, Peja, SAR (Think back to Grizz days), Big Z and Camby.1999 has more good players, but I don't see a HOF guy in there except maybe Brand and Marion, but maybe.

They are more of all stars rightn now. both are close to beig superstars though.BTW cb4 just because 1999 is full of superstars like the other two doesn't mean anything. 97 was a good draft tmac,duncan,dirk,billups,stephen jackson not as good as 2003 or 96 but as good as 99
96 was the best since 84 as said.. 2003 doesnt got anything right now, maybe it will be the absolute best if Bosh and Melo get really good.But it's easily 1996.
