I am here to show you who I would draft if I was each team?s GM. Please not that team needs are not implied.1. LeBron James (Cleveland)-Although I believe Wade is the better player, LeBron is more of a marketing tool here.2. Dwayne Wade (Detroit)-I still believe Wade is better than LeBron, but Cleveland wants their hometown man, having ?Flash? fall to Detroit.3. Kirk Hinrich (Denver)-Kirk knows how to run the floor, and I believe he?s better than Bosh and Carmelo.4. Chris Bosh (Toronto)-Bosh turned out a lot better than I expected. Toronto did in fact make the right move.5. Carmelo Anthony (Miami)-Anthony has proven himself to hit the shot with the game on the line.6. Josh Howard (LA Clippers)-Dallas got a huge steal in the draft with Howard, who has proven himself as a star in this league.7. Boris Diaw (Chicago)-Diaw was this year?s Most Improved Player, and is a stud in my eyes.8. T.J. Ford (Milwaukee)-Despite some injuries, Ford has shown to be a star at times.9. Luke Ridnour (New York)-Ridnour has shown to be a pretty nice guard in the NBA.10. Zaza Pachulia (Washington)-Pachulia may soon be a guy averaging a double-double a night, as he had over 11 points and nearly 8 rebounds a game in 2006.11. Maurice Williams (Golden State)-Maurice was able to average 12 points, 4 assists, and 2 rebounds a game in 2006 off the bench for Milwaukee.12. Leandro Barbosa (Seattle)- Barbosa showed in the 2006 playoffs he had some nice skills, as he filled in for Raja Bell.13. Kyle Korver (Memphis)-I really wanted to put Korver higher, but I don?t see much more room for improvement from him for some reason. So there you have my redraft of the 2003 NBA Draft Lottery. This redraft contains just 6 of the first original 13 picks, 4 mid-to-late first round picks, and 3 second round selections. Also, the list contains 3 foreign players. As you can see, this was a draft with surprises. Some surprises were good, like the ones mentioned above. Other surprises were bad, like Darko Milicic, Mike Sweetney, and Jarvis Hayes.</div></span>
If team needs are not implied into these, Hinrich is too high - Bosh and Melo both over Hinrich.Pachulia is one spot to high. But your right about him - next year he could average double/double
