Here is a really good site about teams salary cap:http://www.askthecommish.com/salarycap/numbers.asp It really looks like the Raiders, Broncos, Jets, and Kansas City will be letting a lot of good free agents go.
Miami is 5 million over but with a few releases/restructuting they could be as much 11 to 18 million under
Interesting that the Packers are projected to be $22 million under the cap. I think that's assuming Favre retires. If Favre comes back, they'll be something like $15 million under. Still impressive... The Colts could be in trouble. They're looking at 14 unrestricted free agents, including James and Wayne. It's looking like they're going to keep Reggie Wayne and let James go. This year was their best shot to get it done. Could be all downhill from here...
wooo jets looks like next years gonna be a great season, kudos to Terry Bradway for giving Chad Pennington the 2nd highest contract in the league god knows he earned it
The panthers are in good cap sitution pending Stephen Davis retiring. Deshaun Foster would have tested the free agency market and probly gotten a lot of money but with his broken ankle his stock droped dramatically. Whoever takes over the raider job is gonna be in hell. They have so many old players who have massive contracts, they are gonna be paying for this for a long time.
