The gusting wind and difficult playing conditions the past two days at the Ohio State Scarlet Course reminded Daniel Summerhays of three years ago. If he could summon another parallel today, so much the better. "I'm looking forward to it," he said. "The three years since I've won here, all the experience I've gained, I'm looking forward to putting that into play." Summerhays, while still an amateur, won the first Nationwide Children's Hospital Invitational at Scarlet in 2007. He has yet to win again on the Nationwide Tour but is two strokes off the lead going into the final round at Scarlet today. He forged into contention yesterday with one of only 12 rounds in the 60s in windy conditions. His 3-under-par 69 put him among four golfers at 5-under 208 and two strokes behind leader Nick Flanagan of Australia. Asked if the familiar conditions put him in a good frame of mind, Summerhays said, "All grins." http://www.dispatch.com/live/content/sports/stories/2010/07/25/a-slice-of-familiarity.html?sid=101
