Even though it isn't as stacked as the 2007 draft...god damn this draft is full of great playersDerrick RoseOJ MayoMichael BeasleyEric GordonKevin LoveSpencer HawesTy LawsonRoy HibbertBrandon Rushand so onThis class is full of amazing guards and small forwards like the 2007 class is full of amazing centers and power forwardsa lot of the top players are in high school right now but I imagine guys like Mayo and Rose will definitely make the jump after their freshman yearand considering that the "stay in schools" of the 2007 draft will also be in this draft possibly it makes it even more greatEDIT: Grammar error
he won't come out next year..he just tore his ACL and he's gonna need at least next year and the year after to be back at full form...in college they give you chances to come back from injuries like that because you aren't on their payroll....you're on theirs....in the NBA you don't get those chances and you don't get that contract or extension if you arent where you could be
No. He's still in high school right now, and there is a new rule where players can't go to the NBA right out of high school. He's predicted as #3 for the 2008 and Derrick Rose at #1
It's all hypothetical. Different scouting services have different projections. Yeah, this class is pretty stacked. I'm hoping my man Eric Gordon stays around IU for a little longer. :shifty2:
Mayo is the biggest f*** up ever. If I had every pick in the draft and he was the only option, I'd just walk out. I mean what kind of idiot says he's going to skip college and sign with the D-League. For F*ck's sake.
I hope like hell Rose sticks around...well, with him next season we will probably be a top 3 team, so if he wins us a championship...I dont mind if he leaves...but if he doesn't, I would like for him to stay.Yeah its a very nice draft, and not to mention stars who wont come out this year, but the year after...LOADED!!!!!!!

Express has Mayo going first, NBADraft.net has him going #3, that class is so good, Mayo isn't the unamimous pick.
